Information you choose to send

If you use the contact form, the site may receive your name, email address, telephone number, selected enquiry subject and the message you submit. This information is used to read, route and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a conversation you requested about the breed, research, media, WCF matters, kittens or breeding.

How long it is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence, or meet a legal or administrative requirement. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

Sharing and marketing

Contact-form information is not intended for sale to third parties. It is not used to subscribe you automatically to marketing. If newsletters or campaign subscriptions are introduced later, they will use a separate opt-in process and this notice will be updated.
